Ringing

As you may well know the origin of ringing comes from the highly amusing program Malcolm In The Middle ©. Ringing is where you create a ring with your thumb and index finger, and try to get a person to look through the ring in order to justify a punishment.

The official ringing rules: -

1.the ring made by the hand must be in contact with another part of the body.
2.Eye contact has to be directly through the ring
3.The victim cannot fight back or defend themselves in anyway
4.Punches are not permitted to the groin/nut sack/willy(as this intrudes on yet another game) or the face.
5. For those of you bearing glasses (so they do have a use) can multiply your score by two (if you make the ring over your eye)
6. The 'hi-ho-silver' technique can be used to quadroople your score (to understand, see the picture)
7.Punches may be collected in order to give out alternative punishment

1 ring = 1 punch
2 rings = 2 punches or a kick
4 rings = dead leg
8 rings = camel clutch
10 rings = duffing
16 rings = rumicub
32 rings = hogtie/kidney challenge
50 rings = hogtie (with days torture)

The sacred 500 rings = : -
*Pixied
*Drugged with strong spirits
*Pixied (again to unconciousnous)
*hog-tied
*shaved of all bodily hair
*strapped to public facility e.g telephone box, lamp post
*Removal of clothes
*Public mocking
*(Welsh rules) Removal of sheep useage rights

The lord of the rings!!! 1,000 rings = : -
*10 punches and or kicks from anyone they meet for two days
*A rumi cub every 15 mins, with at least 10 people on top

(Don't think that's it - more punishment to follow as soon as we can think of anything worthwhile, and let's face it, who will actually achieve a LoTR in the next Millennium?!)
Mr T
Now this is a sight that no man alive would look forward to, Mr T of A team fame producing a standard ring, pitty he hasent gone all the way and done a "HI -HO Silver".
In the NAVY...
OK maybe not the navy but this photo is curtesy of The US army, showing that that ringing technique is useful in battle. (top right) Also notice the soldier in the bottom right's uncanny resemblence to a young Jeremy Beadle.
